Exclusivity / Non-Compete Agreement for Attorneys

We understand that many Law Firms/ clients would not be happy with us if we were to also be helping their competition in the same way that we help them. That is why we can offer an exclusivity clause in our marketing agreement with you. This means we will not work with any other lawyers in your practice area or location.

For some attorneys who offer services to the entire State, we are also able to accommodate that. I know the work it takes to build up a successful online presence and dominate google for the relevant important keywords.  I also know there are many lawyers out there who want to do the same thing. I have built a successful law practice in New Hampshire. Just like you, I don't want to use my services to help build up all of the competition's websites to rank as highly as mine. (So, sorry to any practitioners in New Hampshire, but my services aren't available for you).

I know some other attorney marketing firms (especially the big ones who I will not mention by name) will work with anyone who pays them. It is nice that they may be able to get you to the first page of google, but when they are doing the same thing for many other lawyers in your area, you are now competing against them! There is only one #1 rank on google for any given term. Obviously, you and the other lawyer cannot both be #1. How comfortable are you working with a marketing company who is also helping to build business for your direct competition?

While our normal fee agreement allows us to work with others, we do give the option to work just for you in your market. The price varies depending on the size of your market, and how much business we anticipate losing by working with you, but generally is around 20% extra. Give us a call to discuss what options we can provide you to work as your marketing company, and not your competitions'.
