Experience & Hard Work Drives Results

Lets face it. You want results and a very profitable ROI (return of investment). Dan Hynes Esq., The Legal Marketing Guru, has managed many different websites and led numerous internet marketing campaigns. If you are not getting thousands of visits to your website each year (or better yet each month), you are missing out on a huge source of potential clients.

Are you making $100,000 a year in new clients from your website?

I am, and you can be too. Click the image to see a copy of my actual tax filing for last year.

*Disclaimer: Yes, I know I only made $96,000 in sales last year, but this year is on pace to break $100,000. Also, that is my gross profit and does not include expenses such as advertising. Over 90% of my new clients found me through my website or online, as I do not use yellow pages, radio ads, or tv ads.

The following case example is from Attorney Hynes' own website and law practice, both built from the ground up.

Through trial and error, research, hiring the right team, and years of implementation,  my website, and practice, have grown phenomenally.  My extremely successful marketing approach will not only give you a great web presence, it will enable you to dominate google and, most importantly, get clients to call you.

Don't just take my word for it. The following is a comprehensive case study of a very successful legal marketing campaign for my primary website and base of revenue as a practicing Attorney. How many other internet marketing companies will show you actual data and the type of results they bring (or their 1099 tax form if they are a practicing attorney)?

Success Story: www.nhdwiguy.com

Background: The purpose of the website is to have potential clients find me on search engines, such as google, recognize the quality of my service, and ultimately contact me. My practice is limited to DWI/DUI and covers the entire State of New Hampshire. My website had more than 8000 visitors last year, and I regularly get calls from around 5-10 potential clients a week. Over 8000 visits last year!

Overview: Shows the location of where the visits for the previous year came from. I expect most lawyers practice in one or two jurisdictions. Overall, you are unlikely to gain new clients from outside your practice area. While there are exceptions to this, such as clients who live in another state, or are looking for referrals, generally, you want most of your visitors to be from a location near you. Of my 8000 visitors last year, 4160 - more than half - were from New Hampshire. Massachusetts, which is only a few miles from my office, was the second most popular location of all website visitors.

It is important to note how your visitors are finding you. Besides organic traffic, I also use Google adwords (PPC). Overall, the results show just 3% of my traffic was from my adwords campaigns. An overwhelming majority of the clicks were from users finding the website through the organic/free listings on google.

One other important thing to learn about your visitors is which keywords they used to find you. As you can see in the graph, the top 4 keywords were all related to NH and DWI, both highly competitive phrases.  The reason the phrases are so competitive is that they are among the most common phrases a potential user will put into google in order to find a DWI Lawyer in New Hampshire.
